This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which Pyformix AI Labs ("Pyformix AI Labs", "we", "us" or "our") handles project cancellations and refunds for services purchased by clients. By engaging our services and making a payment, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Project Cancellation Policy
- A client may cancel a project within 48 hours of signing the agreement for a full refund of any advance paid.
- If cancelled after 48 hours but before work has begun, 90% of the advance will be refunded (10% retained towards administrative and onboarding costs).
- If cancelled after work has begun, the refund will be prorated based on the work completed at the time of cancellation. No refund is provided for work already delivered and approved.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only if Pyformix AI Labs fails to deliver the agreed scope of work.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the disputed milestone delivery.
- Refunds are NOT applicable for change-of-mind, scope changes requested by the client, or delays caused by the client (including delays in providing required content, access, approvals or feedback).
3. Refund Process
- Submit refund requests to platform@pyformix.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Project Name]".
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties within 15 days.
- If a dispute remains unresolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palugal, Tamil Nadu, India.
